It seems to be back. After I clicked through the link, I then clicked on SEE ALL BUYING OPTIONS in yellow. The first option was for $5.83 + free shipping. I added it to my cart, then when in my cart there was the option to choose S&S. I then clicked on that and was able to get it for $4.96 for S&S. Haven’t experienced that before but was happy to be able to get it. Thanks guys for the post! 🙂
