I had no issue cancelling. If you’re really worried about being charged after cancelling, I would suggest updating payment info with an old or expired card. Also write down a confirmation number. Someone who I know uses a prepaid card for any recurring subscription.

Make sure you cancel immediately or at least put your subscription on hold while you wait to receive and evaluate the first box. Mine took 14 days to receive and on day 15 my card was charged and another box shipped. I assumed I would have closer to the one month mark to decide about canceling. Customer service gave me a very hard time but eventually did refund me.
We ship the first crate of a new subscription within 1-2 business days from California and estimate 3-8 business days for delivery. For orders outside the US, the delivery estimation is longer due to customs and the longer route overseas! After reading some comments about bad experiences with this company, I checked my account to find that they had charged me double of what they initially said the price should be. I used referral codes to order my subscriptions and it showed the discount when I ordered them but when they charged my card they charged the full price of both subscriptions I had ordered. Not very honest, and you can’t find any order history on their website with the amount that they charge you. I am going to try customer service and see if they will refund the difference.
