  Update: I went to the local Lowe’s and asked at the register about the price. They weren’t marked for clearance in the store, but they rang up as clearance at the register at the $19.99 price. The cashier noted the clearance status and said that they should have rung up at half price for $9.99. They did a manual price override. I bought the last three in stock. Great price! Thanks for sharing!
