My offers are $5 Home Depot, $5 AMC, $5 Verizon device dollars, 50% off one Uber ride, $5 Foot Locker, and $5 Ulta. There was an offer for a free medium pizza from Dominos, but it was a limited offer. When that sold out, it was replaced with the $5 Ulta. Only the Home Depot card specifically says it is an egift card. The offer details for the AMC card mention a physical card. The offer details of the Foot Locker and Ulta cards don’t say anything about physical cards.

I have some offers I can get by redeeming a coin but non that are free.

I think the post is poorly worded. I think they are referring to what you can get if you redeem a credit.

      • Shelly

Where do u get the credit from?
I also have these offers but with credit not free

        • Sara

You earn credits by paying your bill.

          • Shelly

Ok thnx Sara, can u also tell me where to look for it?

        • Sara

Credits expire 60 days after they are added to your account.

      • AP

It sounds like the wording is accurate, the problem is everyone didn’t get the β€œfree” offers.

Hi Sara! There are actually some free with no credit redemption offers for select members! Some members of our team received them and I see a few other lucky readers commented they did also! If you didn’t have them this time, hopefully you will next time!

I received a text today at work telling me to chk my Verizon Up for deals without using points. I was in the middle of teaching, so I was unable to. I’m sure it was a limited offer, but I’ve gotten tons of free and amazing things from the app.

When I try to redeem Verizon Up rewards they dont work and I am left footing the bill. I think this is a poor advertising scheme. Customer service is beyond a joke. They act as if your to dumb to use the reward. They ask if I am sure I had the reward on the app, DUH! So good luck with this so called rewards. And be prepared to pay.

That happened to me with the Lowe’s egiftcard I got from VerizonUp.
Ordered something to pickup at Lowe’s used the egiftcard along with my cc. Went to pick it the item up and for some reason the payment wasn’t going through (they charge your payment method when picking up). Come to find out it wasn’t my cc it was the gift card πŸ˜‘. But then about a week later Lowe’s sent me a gift card in the mail. Well that was unexpected and super nice of them. To bad Verizons egiftcard didn’t work.

      • Sara

The free $5 Lowe’s egift card that Verizon gave for Father’s Day eventually worked when I purchased in store. The person working self checkout couldn’t figure out how to use it, but a manager did get it to work. I also had trouble because I was buying an ac filter that was no longer in their system.

I like getting stuff but we pay enough for our bill I think they could at least be $10 gift cards …but at least its something!
