Might be a silly question but I’ve never done food delivery, do you tip with these? Or just pay through UberEats?

    • Sandy

      I have the same question.

      • Daniela

The advantage of uber and ubereats is that you don’t carry or use cash and driver safely doesn’t carry money. You just tip through the app; it recommends % but you pick whatever you want. I normally do 15% since they are helping me stay in my pjs but still eating fast food.

  2. Jessica

Yes you pick the tip amount at check out

I take uber often. I was told that while all uber drivers appreciate tips (obviously) they r more concerned with getting 5 star reviews. My last driver told me he would rather me give him a 5 star review than tip on the app. He said the bonuses they get frequently from good reviews outweighs the tip.
I always do both but im not sure if that is just HIS opinion or the general consensus of most drivers. Apparently they do well from good review bonuses.

The giant sub does not feed four. If u do share it with 4 people, it must be eating less than a kid’s meal. It’s the same size as kid’s sub if u split the giant with 4 people. At least the kid has a cookie & drink. They must be out of their mind when they say a giant can feed 4. I usually eat the whole sub by myself in one sitting

Thanks I wasn’t going to get for my adolescent son, husband and I because seemed like a lot. Reading your review I think it will be good for us. Not cooking tonight yay!

    • Daniela

Yeah their giant is 15 inches. Not really a family size.

Also something to keep in mind, UberEats charges a delivery fee. Depending on your distance $4 to $7. So this deal is only great if you really don’t want to drive and want to save a couple dollars.

    • Ann

Ugg, I just went to order and there is a $7.49 delivery fee. I really with they had said that in the post
🙁 That makes a difference and I wouldn’t have wasted my time.

      • skylar8300

There’s always a delivery fee when you have a service deliver food to your house. It also varies depending on where you live and how far away the restaurant is. The fee was only $3.49 for me.

There is a jersey Mike’s 2 miles from my home but it doesn’t come up as an option for delivery
