I feel that their jeans hold their shape and fit well no matter what size you are. I’ve worn their jeans since I was in middle school as a size 6-8 and now much older and wear a 16-18 and their jeans are always perfect except for the occasional weird sizing in certain styles which is usually listed in the online reviews.

I love them. I’m 28 and have a son. They are the best fit out of any jeans I’ve found! A lot of other brands are awkward, too loose in the leg but too tight in the waist, etc. But American Eagle jeans are 👌

I am 5’3”, 111 lbs and I still have two size 4’s from a couple years ago, pre-pregnancy, that I wear and are in great shape, super comfy (a little loose on me actually since they’re so broken in)—but I’m straight as a ruler 😂 So maybe those who are curvier may not enjoy the fit of these jeans as much. Just wanted to pass on their input!

Maybe that’s the secret to their amazing fit! They are meant for a straight figure. I found my first pair of AE Jeans at my favorite 2nd hand store. They are actually shorts and they fit like a DREAM!!! I could’ve sworn they were made for me! After finding that pair of jeans, I was hooked!

So I excitedly shared this deal with some of my friends (because I love AE jeans), but they told me that these jeans don’t fit them well. Turns out AE jeans are better for those with a straight (aka less curvy) body shape.
