  I did so I tried again. After the 3rd server error message, it locked me out if my account and now I need to call an 800 number ☹

  I had the same issue. Instead of calling after getting logged out I just uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and I finally got in.

    Papa Johns rewards programs don’t work including this one. This is the second supposedly free pizza I lost from Papa Johns. This changed to 25 % off coupon. Beware.

    Even though I don’t have sprint service but I used a friend’s account that I know has service with sprint and info. The rewards said only 25% off
