Still waiting for a replacement frame that broke within three days of wearing the new glasses. It has been 14 days since I notified them and they accepted my photos of proof of defect, but they still have not shipped the frame. Today they say it may be at least 7 more days even though they say the frame is in stock before they will even ship it. 21 days to ship an in stock items is crazy to me. Good thing we have another pair or he would have been without glasses for a month by the time we get these. They also do not answer emails often, so call or don’t expect a reply.
