All my local Walgreens have stopped accepting printed coupons and now accept only coupons added to the balance rewards from their website. Is this a policy change or are they just playing hardball?

My Walgreens is the same way! They stopped taking printed coupons a few months ago so I called customer service and was told that it at the discretion of each Walgreens.
