   Got this is the mail the other day, very sturdy box. Mine came with a small trial size of the dove baby wash. An advent bittle, sample wipe pack and a nighttime johnsons baby lotion. It also had a coupon for an amount off johnson baby product. I forgot the amount.

  Also i think i filled out the form right before our baby was born so back in october. Got it last week, so took about 3 months.

  Following bc I did it before and when I went to apply again it said I already signed up and I never got one- and they had my registry too.

  Good question! It looks like you can contact their customer care team when you head to the product page and scroll down to the bottom where it states – “Questions? Please contact our Customer Care team.” Hope that helps!

   Just received mine. Sturdy box as well. I got a mini lotion sample and a mini body wash sample with coupons. Shipping took about 3 weeks, my friend’s took 5 weeks
