I used the coupons.com $1.00 off Lindt 0.8 oz at Target yesterday. The cashier let me use them both but said for future reference they did not take coupons that had the same bar code numbers on them. She inferred that I copied one of the coupons but that is how they print, all with the same number. I explained this to her but she didn’t seem to believe me even though she let me use them that time.
next time, point out to the top right of the coupon and explain that is the unique print ID which will always be different. The barcode that the cashier scans will always be the same, b/c that is the manuf information!
I am legit starting to hate couponing bc of the bs the cashiers make up! Even though I try my hardest to explain as easy as I can to the cashier, they try to make it seem like “I can do i this time, but won’t be able to next time.” Well how bout you learn your own policy and go by it??! 👊🏼
I totally agree with you. I’ve pretty much stopped using coupons at target and walgreens, especially the print online ones. I shop at stores that are easier now
I bought the mini bags and they have $1 off coupons in them for the bigger bags!
