It was saying free ship. But once I went back, it’s gone.
The customer rep I spoke to said it is the company’s policy to reset their promo at 9am MST. In other words, the free shipping without the $49 min purchase would have applied for purchases placed online prior to 9am MST today. Seems like an odd cut-off time to me, but what do I know…

Hey I just checked my bank account and I was charged $32.28 shipping because it says it’s from L’occitane en provence it didn’t show anything on their website at all during the ordering process. It only shows the extra $32.28 on paypal and my bank website

Thanks for this deal alert. I was at the Mall today and called in L’Occi for the gift. The customer in front of me purchased a large amount of products and was not offered the gift. I thought this will not work for me without a purchase but it actually did and it is such a pretty package. They really go all out on the wrapping and packaging and I do like their stuff so I will probably go back use the 2o per cent off coupon.

I got the email yesterday about the free shipping on any order. It was only valid for Feb 3rd. Don’t forget to choose to add the free gift box too. Very nice sturdy box that comes with a ribbon and gift paper. Or use the box to organize your stuffs!
