This stuff is amazing. It’s easier to take if it’s chilled. I keep mine in the fridge. Drink it every day. Has been a lifesaver for heartburn and joint pain.


I love using apple cider vinegar as a conditioner. It’s a go-to for cleaning your scalp of the build-up from styling products. After a few minutes, the smell is gone. It’s also a good detangler.  Just always mix it half and half in a bottle.


I use it for heartburn instead of taking an antacid.


It works great on dog’s ears. You can mix 50% water, 50% ACV and use a paper towel to wipe out dog’s ears. Great for those breeds of dogs that have floppy ears and are prone to infections. Since we started to use it, we have not had to get him any antibiotics to treat infections. It is a natural infection fighter.

    How do you make it bearable for consumption? Just add water?

      Yes, I do 1 tbsp to about 8 oz of water. Really whatever you can tolerate.

      Tazo Passion tea and sweetener of choice make it drinkable for me.

      Eat it with cucumbers or put as a vinaigrette dressing

    While no substitute for medicine and never without doctor approval, take 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before bed time to lower blood glucose levels. It is NOT a cure for diabetes but any drop in glucose levels is a big health benefit. I put mine in a small bowl of cooked spinach before bedtime. Can’t do the water thing.

    Instead of water, I mix about 1 cup of apple juice (hot, but not hot enough to burn), 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of honey, and 2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar. The apple juice makes the Vinegar Much easier to swallow than water. 🙂
