    I bought this groupon voucher and had to return it because they wouldn’t let me use my groupon voucher on flowers that were already on sale.

      I found if you have visited the website recently then for some reason it won’t let you. I went into private mode on my browser and tried it and it worked. No idea why.

          To go in provate mode on Google, click the three ellipsis at the right right corner. “New incognito window” is what it’s called. If you’re using a different browser, same concept.

          It bugged me too. Groupon gave me back the difference I paid via Groupon bucks, I bought 4 in all so that added up. All I had to do was ask.

    I tried Proflowers last year and was very disappointed. My grandmother wasn’t impressed with the quality of the flowers but she liked the vase. My moms’ flowers arrived and half of the roses were dead. In both cases they did not knock on the door but my grandmother/mom brought them in immediately because they heard the truck. I took pics of my moms’ flowers and sent it to the company. It took them weeks to resend and the flowers still weren’t that great looking. Definitely didn’t last near 7 days.

      I ordered the two dozen rainbow roses last year and they sent 3 colors of roses. Two of the colors were almost identical, so it looked like 2 colors.

      That happened to me too. I contacted customer service and they gave me a credit to use on their website or sister sites. I ended up using it to get a personalized gift for my dad on father’s day.

      I had a good experience with proflowers. I sent flowers to my aunt for birthday last year, and she loved them! I asked her to send me a picture, just in case she was just being polite. And the flowers looked beautiful 🙂

    Roses will keep longer if you add a little Mountain Dew to the water in the vase. It sounds weird but it really works

      I have sent these often and there is nothing showing money spent. I have always been very happy with Proflowers and have done deals like this a few times with Groupon/Proflowers.

    I just received these flowers. They are very small roses, and very sad looking. I was very excited when I ordered them as I had been happy with the company before. However this time Im very disappointed!

      I know what you mean about the small looking roses. Cut the stems, add the flower food and once they sit in the vase overnight they should perk up and bloom out a bit. Check them tomorrow, if not contact Proflowers they have a 7 day guarantee. HTH

    I wish I could add a photo!!! I bought the deal the other day l when it was a couple dollars more for my parents 50th wedding Anniversary today. The roses were beautiful, many colors, packed super well, and no issues with the chocolates. My mom loved them, she sent a handful of pictures to me and was incredibly impressed. She said they did a really good job packing it and taking it apart was a hassle because it was done so well.

    Wouldn’t work for me. I tried on desktop, phone and private browser. Contacted Groupon and they stated that voucher is only good on certain products, not sale items. The did refund my money, but I just wanted an hour of my time!!

      Agreed. Separate shipping and care/handling fees? And it will be delivered on a Thursday for a birthday, and it wasn’t the regular $12.99 , it was $14.99!

    They were out of the rainbow roses and candy when we ordered, bought a voucher through Groupon for $40.00 but only paid $15.00. The shipping, taxes and handling was $22.17, I paid more for shipping and didn’t pick Valentines Day delivery and it was still outrageous. They just posted a flash sale a few minutes ago, I wish I would have waited to use the voucher.

    Send someone a small rose bush. I do this every yr for my mom and she LOVES it. So adorable and can be replanted. She getting quite a nice rose bush section next to the house LOL. Beats throwing out dead flowers after a week or so

    I will NEVER order from proflowers again! I am completely LIVID…this was delivered today with only 6 out of the 24 roses, the other 10 that were included were rose buds (the order sticker said 16 stems which was already 8 short of the 24 roses). I am so embarrassed that these were even delivered – I have demanded a full refund & am filing a complaint with the BBB.

      Don’t blame you Micheal, I received my 2 dozen roses last night and they’re completely dead. Could have bought fresher flowers at a grocery store and paid less. Not worth the cost of the Groupon voucher and over $22 in shipping charges, I blattled with costmer service and got no where.

    Lesson learned. I will NEVER buy from ProFlowers again. Sent them to my in laws and the flowers are wilted and brown upon arrival. Not worth the $20 I spent on them. With how many people have complained about the same problem, they shouldn’t even be in business!

    I agree. I hope hip doesnt promote them anymore. Mine were so terrible. You wouldnt believe. My husband bought for my bday. They were lilies and orchids, I believe. They were slimey, brown and rotten. The smell was so bad I brought straight to the trash. Now, I’m worried about the ones I got my mom for her bday.

    I received my flowers on Wednesday but only received one dozen, instead of two. I called customer service and they offered to replace the entire order but it wouldn’t get here until the day after Valentine’s (today). Okay fine, I get it. So I received my replacement order today and it’s one dozen instead of two yet AGAIN. Plus, there is supposed to be a 7 day freshness guarantee but the roses from Wednesday are already dead after 2 days. I won’t ever order from them again! The customer service reps that I’ve talked to so far are a joke. They don’t listen at all and just read off a script with prompts.

    I had one order delivered completely dead. Think slimey, smell and brown. The other order was delivered to my mom today for her birthday and were delivered frozen. Its amazing to me they stay in business after so many negative complaints.
