   Can you use digital coupons for an online purchase? I was looking to ship 4 of the Old Spice products listed to the store but I don’t see the $9 digital coupon coming off the purchase price. Thanks for the help!

  Did you clip the coupon? I did see online or in store on the coupon, so I would assume it should work for you.

  Hi Anna! Yes, the coupon states valid both in-store and online. Just be sure you’re selecting one of the varieties included in the sale. You should see the $9 off coupon listed right on the product page. I just tested it on the Old Spice Hydro Live Wire and the coupon came off at checkout. Hope that helps!

  Yes, I also found this in the details of their FAQ –

  “When are my Balance Rewards points posted?

  Answer:
  In most cases, points are posted immediately after purchase, but it could take up to 3-5 days due to membership and legal verification.”

  I was going to order 4 for store p/u, but noticed right before I hit checkout, that I was only going to earn 110 pts. Added a 5th bottle, and it changed to 5180. So it looks like if you order online, you have to spend the required amount after all coupons have been deducted.

   Definitely not easy on my end! I had to call their 800 number for them to tell me that they dont know the UPC & added the 9000 onto my account, I forgot to ask about the 5,000 points I would earn & now have to go back to talk to the manager- I spent 30 mins trying to figure out the deal because the coupon wasn’t coming off.

   I had a lot of trouble with this deal; first the coupon would not come off, and then when I finally solved that, the 5,000 BR were not credited. I learned that only a few select varieties are included in the coupon offer (NOT the variety pictured in this post). In the Walgreens app, if you look at the coupon, you will see a link to view qualifying products. I had a couple of voided transactions over this, and had to request courtesy points. Be careful if you try this one!

  I was told that the reason the $9 wasn’t coming off was that the “coupon” wasn’t really a coupon. It just says you save $9, and that savings would be included in the purchase of B1G1 1/2 off. I was NOT happy! I had already researched what Old Spice “premium” body wash meant, thinking that was the issue. Nope. Then I tried 2 Olay and 2 Old Spice. Nope. I gave up.

   I purchased 4 dove and 2 old spice with the 9$ off and the points showed as 10000 for all these while placing order but now I’m only credited 2200 points. Not sure what’s happening here. Can anyone know what’s the reason?
