This HUGE playset has two rocking climbing walls, two swings, a 9-foot wavy slide, and a trapeze. The clubhouse is 5-feet off the ground and has a steering wheel and car map!
On the fence? Sidekick Chelsey has this swingset and LOVES it!
“I have had this swingset for a little over a year and it’s awesome! It does take awhile to put together and I recommend having at least two people but the instructions are easy to follow and all parts are clearly labeled. It’s got a little bit of everything for all age levels and you can switch out the swings for a baby swing if you have a little one!”
I love this deal!
However, I’m afraid to order it because we’ll still have snow until April/May so it’ll sit in its packaging for a few months.
So, if anything were missing or damaged when we assemble it in the spring, what happens then?
You contact the manufacturer. It’s a non issues.
Okay. I wasn’t sure if it would be a problem.
thank you.
I’ve been looking for a great deal on a swingset and was planning to buy a Gorilla brand, but this set seems to have great reviews as well. A little worried about the ladder as my girls are young (1.5 and 3 yrs old). Any concerns with little ones and the ladder from someone that has this?
Hey Christi! I have this and got it when my daughter was about 2.5. We do stand near the ladder when she is climbing and when we first got it we held onto her just so she could get comfortable with climbing. Now that she’s done it for awhile she does it without help and wouldn’t need us to be there. We do help with the climbing wall but the “rocks” are placed in pretty convenient spots so she’ll probably be able to that on her own this year too! Hope that helps!
We’ve been waiting for a deal on a playset forever but I have a 4 year old and I’m intimidated by the ladder too!
My 3 year old started using the ladder at just barely over 2. I supervised until she got just a bit older. I would say go for it. I have a set similar to this ( with more added stuff) and I absolutely LOVE it. No regrets buying it. Just make sure you have good help for set-up.
I also wanted to add: We put rubber padding ( mats) under our set. My 3 year old has fallen off the swings a time or two. I was thankful we had the padding.
We have a similar Lifetime playground. We’ve had ours for 1.5 years and it has rusted really badly. Two ladder slats fell off and it’s just a matter of time before the frame needs to come down for safety reasons. We paid $1600. We live in Florida near the ocean, so the salt air has definitely added to the rust factor, but after reading reviews, I really thought we’d get longer than 1.5 years. Do not recommend for anyone living on the coast. My kids love the playground, though!
Do you still have to pay for set up?
