You can use it before, I just used a $4 off $20 on these in store along with one softsoap bodywash (-.75/1 mq) and 2 Colgate optic white toothpastes (-4/2 mq) paid with $13 in extrabucks and $2 something in taxes, got back $10 eb, $4eb, and $1.75 eb
