Jansport has the best lifetime warranty ever! I owned a backpack for almost 10yrs and contacted the company about possibly getting a replacement for a broken zipper. Customer service was awesome! They didn’t just send me a replacement, they sent me a whole brand new backpack!

In my store they were 70% off last weekend. I agree with the previous comment. Last year I let my son talk me into another brand of backpack and although they replaced it once, they wouldn’t replace it a second time even though it ripped again. I told him I would never buy anything except Jansport again. I have one I bought in college (20+) years ago that Jansport replaced once or twice. Worth the $$!
These are the greatest backpacks! They’re the most popular backpack for high school and middle school and really are indestructible.
