Rust-Oleum NeverWet Multi-Surface Spray Kit Only $1 at Dollar Tree
If you’re planning a trip to your local Dollar Tree soon, keep your eyes peeled for this Rust-Oleum NeverWet Multi-Surface Spray Kit priced at just $1!
This seems like a pretty sweet deal since this very same product is currently selling for $6.68 on Amazon!
This spray is great for many interior/exterior surfaces and repels moisture to keep them dry and to stop rust. Use it on metal, wood, aluminum, galvanized metal, PVC, concrete, masonry, asphalt, vinyl siding, fiberglass and more.
I bought this… and without reading the directions assumed I could waterproof some boots with it… They are now sticky and discolored. Make sure you know what the intended surfaces are!
Oh no! Sorry to hear it made a mess of your boots. š Thank you for the heads up to read the label!
That is crazy considering they show a pair of boots on the box. š
The spray is frosted instead of clear and can cause cloudiness or discoloration.
Me too:( I got it at the 99 cents store but I bought a spray dye at Walmart and now my suede boots look better than ever and now they’re are completely waterproof
I can second the boot story. We used them to waterproof black nubuck boots and it turned them cloudy. I had to use black shoe polish to restore the color. It probably works on other things listed or on boots that are truly work boots but keep the cloudy/chalky results in mind.
Iāve used this on the fabric of folding chairs. It turned it just slightly darker but I didnāt mind the darker color and it worked great. The drops of water we put on it beaded right up! Very happy with this stuff. I will look for at Dollar Tree. Thatās a great price, thanks Hip2Save!
SWEET! You’re welcome, Kristina! Thanks for sharing your experience with us!
I bought a couple from my local store! Canāt wait to try it!
I spotted these too, a few days ago but didn’t buy them cuz I wasn’t sure if they worked! I Was planning on spraying patio furniture with it. I’ll have to go back and grab someš
I bought this and used it on a duffel bag to waterproof it. Completely discolored it. Not all at happy about it. Don’t use on fabric unless you don’t mind a permanent haze on it.
There is one that can be used on fabric. We love it for our shoes. Made the mistake of buying this one once, thinking it was the same.
Bought this last time I spotted it at dollar tree. I sprayed this beautiful $50 wooden dog food and water holder I purchased because it did not come with a very good layer of sealant on it. This stuff completely ruined it. Made it very sticky and gritty looking. I was not a happy camperā¹ I went back to the dollar tree the next day and noticed the shelves were cleared of this product. A few days later I noticed someone on offer up trying to sell them for $10 each! (Smh)
I used it on an old piano bench brightly covered to provide outdoor patio seating. I am amazed at how well it tepels liquid during this snowy season! Sorry others had problems!
The last time they had this some contractor sent his workers to every Dollar Tree in the Tampa area and bought every single package of it. They took entire pallets, the manager told me when I asked her if she knew if any other stores had some in stock.
I have a wooden welcome greeter that was made by a friend. I’d like to waterproof it to keep it nice looking outside. These reviews make me nervous to try it. I dont want to ruin it.
