I jus got off the phone from customer service. I got 50 points for my birthday that’s it. I have been told that this year policy has changed and they no longer give $10 for your birthday. Is it true? That is so upsetting. I had a Kohls credit card for years now.
I recieved $10 for my birthday which was Feb 23rd

I just checked my emails. It came on Feb 1 in an email titled Happy birthday. It had a promo code plus a bar code. I used the promo code for an online order.
I only received 50 points as well 😕 really disappointing since I’ve been a cardholder for years!

That could be. I didn’t get anything this year, but my mother who also has a January birthday, got a $10 certificate. She has the credit card and is mvp. I don’t have a Kohl’s card.

Just bought a Dyson yesterday now I have to take it back and buy it again to get the Kohl’s cash…very frustrating!!!!
I just made a purchase this week too. No Kohl’s cash, or 30% off but I actually needed what I went for. A couple days later I find the $15 kohl’s cash, d’oh! I even asked when the next Kohl’s cash earning would be, and they didn’t know. So frustrating!
Maybe you should chat with customer service and see if they can adjust it. Hopefully they can just add the kohl’s cash to your wallet? Good luck!
