I’ve never used eBay but I’m always leery about buying stamps from anywhere besides the post office. Has anyone done this before? I’m sure it’s legit I just like to be safer than sorry 🙂

Yes it’s legit, I’ve bought quite a few Forever stamps on eBay (for U.S. and Canada) and they all work fine. I have a bunch of nieces/nephews to send birthday/Christmas cards to! You are buying real stamps from the USPS store thru eBay. I just wish the shipping would be free instead of the $1.30!
I’ve done this a couple of times, and have had no issues whatsoever. I believe it’s actually USPS selling them on eBay, btw.

I found the coupon in my eBay account. If I recall correctly, I clicked on my account and then ebay bucks. I didn’t have any credits showing but then a banner popped up that said something like $5 for you…something like that. It may not be for everyone but that’s how it happened for me. I totally didn’t expect anything since I haven’t shopped eBay since the last stamp deal I got last year.

You didn’t get them from the official USPS Ebay store. The official USPS Ebay store doesn’t sell just 5 flag stamps. They sell them in books of 20 or rolls of 100.

I went to the USPS store and was looking at other designs. When I picked one, there was a place that said “Only pay $x amount for these”, which was $5 less. The code that showed up to use was FIVEDOLLARS. Hope that helps others. I didn’t look under my account for that like others did…….

Have to pay sales tax for stamps? When I ordered 12 stamps for $6.60 and applied for $3 off, plus 1.30 shipping it came out to be a total of $5.52 including 62 cents for sales tax. ??

I did this when you posted it and it showed the $3 coming off when I checked out but when the charge hit my account I was charged the full amount and wasn’t given the coupon discount. ☹️😩 #annoyed!
