Need a fun Father’s Day gift for your man?

Man Crates delivers favorite foods, gear, and manly essentials packaged in a high-quality sealed wooden crate with a swanky, laser-etched crowbar.

We had such a blast testing out Man Crates, and honestly opening the gift is half the fun. It’s tough (well, at least for some of us 😉), and super fun to watch the recipient work to get to the actual gift!

Man Crates has fun themed boxes such as the Bacon Crate, which we tried out for ourselves when Collin unboxed the Bacon Crate for the first time! It features a wide assortment of awesome bacon-enhanced snacks, from the obvious popcorn flavors to the exotic Sir Francis Bacon Peanut Brittle. If bacon isn’t your thing, there are so many more themed options to choose from!

“I bought this for my husband (hard to buy for husband) and he loved it!!!! Can’t wait till next holiday, I already know what I’m buying!!” – Laura

“I love the concept of the Man Crates, so I purchased the bacon crate for my boyfriend. Package and contents far exceeded my expectations. Bacon jerky was very good and flavorful. He finished the popcorn in one day! And we used the seasoning on our wings last night! I will purchase more for special occasions!” – Michelle

Thanks so much for the heads up, Denise! I am updating the post now.

We did this for my brother in law for Christmas. Both so excited to tease him with this type of gift. It’s so cleaver. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The crate wasn’t glued well and easily pooped open with his key! We paid $10 extra for it to be duct taped. Which was one single thin duct tape easily following the groove of the box. My personal experience take the idea and make it yourself. You’ll save a lot of extra $$$

I have to agree with you. We ordered this for my son and my husband for Christmas. The samples were small and we paid extra for the duct tape wrap. I could’ve bought a few rolls of duct tape for the $10 price and wrapped it myself. The jerky was good but not worth the price.

I thought this was a fun gift. It is pricey but it’s more for the experience. My husband had a very difficult time opening this which made it all the more fun. I did not order duct tape so can’t speak to that. It’s not something I would send to the same person more than once but certainly a fun, unique gift.

I loved this idea a few years ago when it was posted but decided to make my own. I went to hobby lobby and bought an alphabet box and just popped the abc’s off of it. Then I stained it and got to put all of my husbands favorite things in it. Then glue and nail it shut. It was so much fun making it and even more fun watching him open it. 🙂 totally doable to make your own if you have a bit of time and a fraction of the cost.

Heather thanks for the idea Ive been trying to figure out how to make one of these boxes myself
