We bought 2. 1 band broke
withing 6 months. We contacted the manufacturer and they quickly sent a replacement. 2 months later the other band broke. I’ve email about 15 different times and submitted warranty requests through their website and no response. This has been going on since Xmas. For $18 what can we expect. Overall decent product

If it makes you feel any better, I am on my 3rd fitbit on 5 years! They only seem to last a year for me, and usually die just after the 1 year warranty is up. I will definitely check this out for next time! Thank you hip2save!!

The functions look just like the real fit bit. My daughter got a fit bit and after about a year the plastic band broke. We purchased a flexible metal replacement band. It was the only band available at the store at the time. The metal band seems like it will hold up better than the plastic. I think it has a magnetic clasp. It seems to work for her.
