   Does anyone know if the Men’s Bugaboot III Boot is good quality? Looking to get one for my husband for our frigid Minnesotan winters. His foot size is 9.5 and I’m confused if I should size up half a size or a size bigger? Appreciate any suggestions! Thanks!
