These perfectly-seasoned Gyros slices were added as a seasonal item in select stores before Christmas, but the positive feedback was so overwhelming that Sam’s Club decided to offer them year-round at every store!
These Gyros Slices comes packed with two 1-lb pouches of flame-broiled beef and lamb slices that are basted in their own juices and then frozen immediately, so when you heat them with your microwave, stove, or oven – they taste like they were cooked fresh. They are perfect for gyros, sandwiches, or salads.

A few days ago, I found this sliced gyro meat in the frozen section at Sam’s club. I picked up some pita bread, roasted some potato wedges, and made some tzatziki sauce and it was delish!
This is a good product. Taste is fairly authentic to what you’d get in a Greek restaurant. Will buy it again. The Pita Sam’s sells is very good too.
My husband and I are addicted to these. At my Sam’s the tag says: “Limited time only.” I PRAY that that’s not the case. We’ve eaten these the traditional way with pita bread and the cucumber yogurt sauce, but also with a Greek salad. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!
Saw these last month and tried them. We’ve had them twice now and stocked the freezer. My wife wants gyros for her 50th B-Day dinner, using this product. All 3 of my boys love it too. Fresh is always better, but this is pretty good and quick to prep…5-10 minutes in the oven and it’s ready.
That’s awesome news! We’ve bought these a few times, so quick and easy to make, and so yummy! I hope they start carrying tzatziki sauce to go with it all the time too. Sometimes they have it, and sometimes they don’t, and it’s hard to find at other grocery stores too.

My Costco has the Tzatiki sauce, as well as the pitas
they have the “ Greek yogurt sauce at Sam’s in the deli I love it.
This meat is deliciously, wonderful!!
Wish they didn’t add so much sugar to the meat.
Can’t find Kronos Gyro slices at any Sam’s club in the area anymore. Frozen food mgr where I used to shop said they were discontinued but he did not know why as he thought they were popular.
UPDATE: As of Nov 11, 2020, Kronos responded that Sam’s Club no longer has this item. Here is the ‘official’ response to my inquiry:
