I looked into this last night for the St Augustine grass—there are no actual seeds in it. It’s like mulch and fertilizer to encourage growth, but, I saw a lot of reviews that said it actually caused nut grass to grow. Lots of negative reviews on the St Aug one.

Thanks for the heads up! Have the same stuff at Home Depot right now for pretty much the same price, though the 10 lb bag is only $14.99 online & you can pick the grass seed from a choice of 4 kinds. 🙂
