Last time it was nothing more than a way of adding to a spam list. I actually quit buying step2 because I got so frustrated and felt like they we misleading about this.
Huh, I applied last time and never heard anything from them, spam or otherwise. I do see a box that says “I would like to receive promotional emails from Step2.com” and *of course* it is checked by default, and you have to uncheck it…I don’t particularly like that, but I do expect it by now.
Has anyone actually been selected? I have 4 kids all under 5 yrs old so I have a good chance being selected right? I am second guessing having those huge plastic toys laying around our yard though, especially that humungous tented bbq thing.
Same, I even opted NOT to get promotional emails and still got a ton of spam. They sends 20% off coupons frequently but everything can be found wayyyy cheaper in any store. I also have 3 kids under 4 and have never heard a peep. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time.
I’ve been applying every single time for years and never picked. I won’t bother this time
Oh bummer! Sorry to hear that! Hoping you are selected if you do decide to apply!
I applied again. Last time I applied we did not get selected. However I’ve built a pretty decent social media platform on Instagram, I do/done product reviews for Amazon. So I’m hoping that helps. We shall see. 🤞🏼
Laura, how do u apply for Amazon product reviews? When I called, they said there’s no such thing.
Amazon has a very strict program when it comes to selecting reviewers. It’s called Amazon Vine. There is no application, they contact you. It’s based on top reviewers on the site. Leave a review for everything you buy. I’ve been doing it for about 6 years now. I average 15-20 products a month. I’ve also left over 115,000 reviews from my account.
Good luck, Laura! Hoping you are selected this time!
Interested to know if anyone here has actually been selected for this program.
I went ahead and applied, it only took a few minutes and we already receive their emails so I am not worried about more.
