If anyone is on the fence, just this morning, I successfully completed this deal, and it was exactly as described.

Unfortunately, the register reward didn’t print at my store in Ohio.

      • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh bummer! Were you able to speak with the store manager?

        • Libby

I didn’t say anything as they weren’t marked in my store, that’s not unusual though! I had a thank you digital coupon, get 5,000 points when you spend $15 (check you accounts everyone). I got the two shaving creams, a Revlon HD lipstick and foundation and two Colgate’s. Used the Revlon coupons from the 4-7 Smart Source with the 5 off 2 Walgreens coupon book and the $ 2 Colgate coupons from Sunday’s Smart Source. Paid $8.92 sub and got back 9,000 points! Thanks for posting the shaving cream, it’s the hubby’s favorite!

You’re so welcome, Libby! Super glad you could still grab some great savings! Thanks a bunch for sharing your score with us!

RR didn’t print when I purchased the Venus shave gel on Sunday. You can contact Catalina co (support.catalina.com) Just fill out the form and upload your receipt. Or you can call, the # is at the bottom of the page. It took them 2 days to reply that my ticket was processed and I’ll be receiving the reward in 7-10 business days. Good luck!
(I found the reply in my spam mail, so if you don’t see anything on your main email, ck there!)

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Yay! SO glad to hear that, Ric! Thanks for the feedback!

      • Ric

I just realized that I forgot to say thank you … so … THANK YOU!

Many of you are not aware of not printing RR on some cards. Whoever is not getting it then probably your card is affected too. I am not getting RR from a few months and all my store employees and manager are aware of the problem but they are not able to find permanent solutions. They are manually printing or giving a gift card for the RR. They are following with the CS too. I would insist everyone call CS. Hopefully, they can fix the problem If they get many complaints.

    • Rose

That is the first I’ve ever heard of this. Not sure how though. RR’s are a totally separate company/system and it doesn’t track anything with your BR #. I don’t even have a physical card, I type in my phone #.
If a RR doesn’t print, it’s due to a few different things. Like the machine is off-line, no ink or paper, product upc isn’t loaded correctly, or even though it’s in the ad as a national deal, it might be in the system as regional.
A few years ago, there was an ice cream deal that was in the ad. RR didn’t print (this was long before BR program). Cashier gave me a number to call and I was told the RR didn’t print due to dairy laws in my state, we are not eligible for promotions. I totally didn’t know that! But the rep went ahead and sent a courtesy reward. Later that wk when I shopped, the store had later put a sign on the freezer case that the ad was a misprint.

  9. Patty

I got the RR in east TN…at one Walgreens that is. I didn’t get it at a different store. The Catalina machines seem to be hit or miss.

  10. Becky

Worked last night, in Wisconsin, at end of transaction.

  11. Mod Mom

Worked twice in Indpls area!! I used 5000
Points in separate transactions and paid .28 for two or .56 for four!!!

    • Debbie

you used 5000 points AND GOT THE RR TO PRINT –

      • rose

Yes, you can use points and receive RR’s. You can redeem RR’s and earn points.
You cannot redeem & earn points on a spend deal (like spend $25, get $5) but you CAN redeem and earn points on a quantity deal (like buy 2, etc)

        • Ric

Thank you, Rose. I wasn’t aware of this, either.

          • rose

Glad to help! Of all the drugstores, I’ve always thought Wags as the worst. So many rules you have to remember!
