Bissell ProHeat Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner Only $139.99 Shipped at Costco (Regularly $220)
Today, April 21st only, hop on over to Costco where you can score this Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner for just $139.99 shipped (regularly $219.99).
This carpet cleaner has a CleanShot Pretreater that helps to remove pet spots and stains. Plus, it has a 2-in-1 Pet Upholstery Tool to remove pet hair. You can choose from Deep Clean or Express Clean Modes and a trial size bottle of Professional Pet Urine Eliminator + Oxy is included!
Can anyone recommend a good portable steam vac. I have a cat who likes to barf on carpet instead of hardwood
Vacuum Wars (a YouTube channel I really like, and watched a lot to pick out my own vacuum) also reviews carpet cleaners, and they recommend the Bissell spot clean pro 3624 for spot cleaning: https://youtu.be/NYWLRtV_BwY
There’s also this new category of carpet cleaners that’s called a super compact upright carpet cleaner, which is kind of like a spot cleaner, except in an upright, which Vacuum Wars also reviewed. This is good if you have smaller areas to clean (like ones you could use a spot cleaner for) but don’t want to be on your hands and knees the whole time. They don’t however have any attachments to help clean stairs. For this one the Bissell Turboclean Powerbrush pet won: https://youtu.be/WydeTHdaVXg
Lastly there’s the traditional carpet cleaners, which are getting smaller, lighter, and easier to use in general, and which have both the upright cleaning abilities and the spot cleaning abilities (due to their hose attachments), and this vacuum is the one they recommend for that, actually. And for $140 (especially if you or someone you know has a Costco membership) that’s a great price and I’m honestly seriously considering getting one myself (I’ve been deciding between a spot cleaner or an upright for a few months, but I do have carpeted stairs so a full size model would make the most sense for me) and this is the cheapest I’ve seen for a new one. Here’s the big review they did of all the different models (including those huge upright models that you’d rent from Lowe’s or Home Depot) and this one worked comparably against those, which is impressive: https://youtu.be/636JsZylctg
Also I know all Bissells won for these tests, which normally would make me think the reviews are sponsored or something, but I don’t think they are, since the team has disclosed when they’re working with a company before (ex: they’re currently working with Shark on some new vacuums and disclosed that in a more recent video). If you watch the tests, too, I’d agree that the Bissells won them, I think they’re honestly just the best in consumer carpet cleaners right now. Also Bissells have not won on other tests.
Sorry for the novel, I just genuinely love talking about this and not a lot of people do, haha. Also I hope that helps!
Thank you soo much Sue!
I have this unit. Works very good but it takes a lot to keep it clean and pet hair free. I literally have to take the front part off each time I use it and rinse all the pet hair away. I can usually take it apart and put it back together in 15 minutes. Also one of my wool rugs would shed and build up the same way the pet hair does.
Thanks a ton for the helpful feedback! Good to know how it has worked for you in your home!
Thank you Sue! I sure appreciate everything
So I had the vacuum in my cart, and thought I might as well see what else Costco has on sale today. I had to remove the vacuum because of all the skin care and makeup deals that were today only. Ugh, I just can’t pass a good beauty deal, so I hope to see more vacuum posts in the future! Thanks anyway!
