Does anyone know if returns can be taken to the store? My size 4s are too big; so hoping 2s will work. But I don’t want to be stuck with a bunch of pants that don’t fit. I’m currently wearing dresses every day. So I need help!!

“LOFT will accept your return of unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise by mail. Unwashed, unworn and defective merchandise may also be returned or exchanged at any LOFT store location, with the exception of merchandise from the Maternity and Swimwear Collections. Please note, we cannot accept online purchase returns at Ann Taylor, LOFT Outlet, Ann Taylor Factory or Lou and Grey store locations.”

You can definitely return in-store, but they only have a 30-day return window, so watch that. Also, some items are final sale. LOFT runs big, so if your 4s are a different brand you may want to try 2s and 0s.
I bought two tops thinking they run small but so wrong they were huge and final sale items 😕
