Ive never heard anyone complain about it so apparently its just me but i find trying to find stuff on this site daunting. I like when i can filter many choices of kind of what im looking for. I prefer to search by this type of example. Enter – shirt – button down – priced low to high and maybe then even color. I do know people will roll their eyes but i find that so much quicker easier and truthfully fun. There is entirely too much weeding thru unwanted items their way. Maybe the app would give me the more options i like or maybe not being on my phone and being on an actual desktop. Its unfortunate the way they do it turns me off. Thank goodness Hip tells me about enough deals to keep me (& my wallet š) busy.

My biggest frustration is the length of time it can take to get items shipped to me. I make sure I have at least a month until I need the item I want.
For search options, Iāll use the search bar and out in a key work like āwedgeā and even though it brings up some things that wonāt work, it starts me in the right direction. Then I can search from item descriptions with words being used in other like items. Itās not sophisticated but it is a way Iāve learned to cope with a bit so great search engine on the site.
