Ok. So I don’t say much and much but I have to speak up here. I purchased a set last year and the pears were awful. They came completely brown and mushy. I took pictures right away and contacted customer service. The process was tough and they just wanted to give credit for another box😕 I didn’t know if the new box would be any better so I basically had to beg them for the return of my money. While we love pears around here, I ended having to throw them away. They arrived so mushy and gritty they were inedible.
While I used to love getting these pears, we’ve gotten the brown pears too. I quit doing these deals and figured it wasnt worth it anymore. I can go to the grocery store and pick up good looking pears for a lot less and I can get the sweeter ones too.
oh man.. sorry to hear you had such an awful experience. I often get pretty good customer service, just a few days ago they had shipped my order without using my 2 day shoprunner… made a complaint and they gave me 9.99 back.
