Sadly if you don’t have a smart phone you can’t be rewarded. The grandmothers raising grand children and the single mothers on welfare that can’t afford to get a smart phone are the ones that need the rewards the most.

This isnt the only carrier you can just google ” free phone for low income families” She recieved a samsung. It was a basic phone but still a smartphone with free data and text etc..
