Sooo i believe I’m the minority here but cucumber body lotions and spritzes are gag-worthy to me. Maybe cucumber melon might be ok if there is mostly the melon but still. Ill never forget when the cucumber phase started, with that was tomato too. I remember spraying one of them. Can’t remember which of the 2 but i recall that i literally could not wash it off fast enough and i still could not shake the after effect. Dead serious, i literally threw up. Ill pass on veggie body scents. To each his own though because while i LOVE flowery perfumes, my nana used to not be able to breathe well with those.

I’m with your grandma! Flowery, perfumy scents give me headaches. I don’t generally choose cucumber scents (because they don’t smell like much of anything to me) but I can tolerate them. I think their popularity is more to do with the perceived benefits of cucumber (reducing inflammation) than their scent.

We were at Trader Joe’s today and they had a dozen roses for 6.99 and other beautiful assortment of flowers some marked at 3.99. I had no idea they sold flowers. Definitely the place to go for flowers

    • Luna

Oh yes they do have beautiful flowers!

      • Shelly

Not only beautiful very economical too 😍

Awesome Denise! Thanks for sharing your find. Those are great prices!

Has anyone tried their coconut body butter (shown in pic just to the left of the cuke butter)?

    • P

Yes, it’s nice. I’d definitely purchase it again. It smells great, very tropical. It’s not an over powering smell. Also, it’s not a greasy lotion, which is what I prefer.

      • Jeannette

Thanks a bunch P! Boom! You hit both things I was wondering about – don’t like fake smells and don’t like feeling all greasy.

    • Rosi

I stock up on that one! The scent isn’t overpowering, excellent moisture and even my kid who hates putting on lotion puts it on without complaining bc he’s attracted to the scent. This is my go to anytime I’m in TJ. My skin loves this butter.

The coconut body butter is great, but it doesn’t smell very coconut-y to me – more vanilla-y. Try it!
