Trader Joe’s Shea Butter & Coconut Oil Hair Products Only $3.99
If you like good quality hair products, but not big price tags, then head to Trader Joe’s! They offer a Shea Butter & Coconut Oil Hair Serum or Hair Mask mask for only $3.99.
These are great for helping repair and soothe your hair after spending time in the sun or at the beach.
The hair serum helps tame frizz, adds shine and a little goes a long way! The hair mask is coconut and vanilla scented with a deep conditioner to help moisturize dry and damaged hair. Both these products can give your hair an extra boost it needs to behave.
I got it a couple of day ago and now I am addicted. It smells sooooo goood and my hair looks great.
. I ❤️trade joes.
Yay! Glad you are loving these, Mary! Thanks for sharing!
How is the hair serum , Are these products chemical free ?
subbing to hear as well
My daughter has curly (type 3) hair and we use mostly DevaCurl products. We also use TJ’s coconut mask – both straight out of the tube and watered down in a spray bottle as a leave in conditioner. While this would not work on my straight hair (greasy and heavy), it works wonderfully on her hair.
Have you tried the serum on your daughter’s curly hair?
I have not…yet. But I’ll give it a try and report back. For $4, it’s worth it (compared to the prices of DevaCur). Thanks for asking and getting me to try something new 😉
That’s what she said that while it didn’t work on her straight hair, it DID work on her daughter’s hair.
J, she said she used the mask, not the serum. The serum is what the other person is asking about.
Haven’t used the serum, but the mask is just fabulous!!
My daughter has wavy hair and we use the mask as directed, it will make your hair smooth and beautiful. I have also gifted it to my friends and they love it too.😊
I just bought the mask the other day, and it’s so nice on my color treated hair. Makes it smooth and soft.
I have thin, fine hair but I color it so the ends get dry. I use the mask once a week and it works better than many more expensive products I have used.
Thanks for the helpful comment! I have fine, thin hair as well and find that my ends get dry when I use color too!
OMG!! I have incredibly thick, course, and long hair – this is WONDERFUL! i just tried it. My daughter purchased it and (as she has the same hair type as me) and what a difference. I used it last night after a root-touch up/wash/rinse….I put it on semi-wet/damp hair and went to bed like that. This morning prior to flat-ironing, I put more in and I am amazed at the results. I’ve tried SOOOO many hair de-frizzing/smoothing gels, pomades, even hairspray to help TAME the wild “Monica in the Bahamas” look. 🙂
