    HOW does that even happen??

    • Cg

Because everything is made Overseas and imported. We want everything for so cheap that corners get cut. I’d rather pay more money for things made in the USA but it’s hard to even find stuff. Overseas manufacturers are all about money not quality or safety. It’s sad

      • Laurie

Not only that – but buy organic. Even USA made has toxic crap in it

        • Lase

Exactly! USA is not that much better. And even organic, you have to be careful too.

    Terrible ☹️

I read online that it is best to avoid all childrens makeup kits and make up toys because they are not monitored regularly like name brand make up brands. There have been reports of kids blistering up and having chemical burns from these toy kits.

    • Haseena

Totally agree! My daughter is almost 9 years old and she has never owned a kids makeup kit.

I don’t think kids should be playing around with makeup anyway. Too many girls running around with about 2 lbs of makeup on looking as fake as can be. Natural beauty or just small things to emphasize your beauty (touch of mascara or lip gloss). Don’t teach your kids to put tons of makeup on. IMHO

I concur. Teach them how to love and take care of their skin when they are young so they don’t feel like they need to hide under 5 lbs of makeup when they get older.

I think the key part of your coment is “playing around.” I can’t imagine my daughter or any other little girls I know wanting to wear any make-up but especially overly sticky toy make-up on a regular basis. I view kids playing occasionally with make-up the same as occasionally wearing costumes/princess dresses. Now once they’re teens and wanting to actually wear make-up on a daily basis I agree that less-is-more and skin care lessons are important.

      Totally agree! ❤️

One big reason I try to go for more natural brands. It cost more but you are less likely to have problems. My stuff is not made in China because I know there law, not cruelty free.

    • Lily

Same here!!! I only use cruelty-free products. Aka, high end name brand makeup!

      • Crystal

Watch out, not all high end brand makeup is cruelty free or made well just because it costs more money.

    Hey girl 🤗💵🥂
