1. Shop asap for the best selection.
To get the best deals/selection, head to your store ASAP! For most stores, there is a limited stock of the 75% off sale items, and once they’re sold, you’re out of luck!
When does the Bath & Body Works sale end? Bath & Body Works’ Winter Semi-Annual Sale tends to last about three weeks, while the Summer Semi-Annual Sale goes on for about four weeks.
Online, you’ll see new offers and pricing adjustments made throughout the entire sale. But if you’re shopping in-store, you’ll definitely want to consider shopping early, as suggested above. While this event may go on for weeks, the hottest deals never last that long!
2. Shop in-store to save more.
By shopping in-store (as opposed to online), you’ll save even more money! Here’s why:
- In-store shopping saves you at least $6.99 in online shipping costs.
- When shopping online, you’re only able to use one coupon code at a time. If you shop in-store, you can stack your valuable coupons to save even more! And as always, you can stack any mailer coupons that come attached.
3. Save more than 75% by stacking coupons during the Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale.

Hip Tip: Be sure to use your coupons before they expire! Bath & Body Works used to offer a grace period honoring your coupon 3 days before the start date or 3 days after the expiration date, but they discontinued this policy in 2020.

If you live in an area with access to multiple Bath & Body Works stores, make a plan to shop them all! The sale inventory is different at each store, and something that is sold at one store may not be sold at another store.
Employee tip: Bath & Body Works stores do not order their inventory for sales. They get what they get inside boxes that are sent from corporate. So don’t be surprised if your favorite store doesn’t have something, but a friend’s store does!
5. Score freebies & coupons by joining their rewards program in the app.
If you download the Bath & Body Works app on Android or iOS and join their My Bath & Body Works Rewards Program (now available nationwide), you may be eligible for members-only freebies!
Plus, as a new member, you’ll also receive a coupon for $10 off a $30 purchase!
Redeeming these offers is a great way to try new products or favorites from the store’s signature collections that normally don’t go on sale. But don’t wait to download the app and join the rewards program if you’re not already a member, as it can take up to 72 hours for these offers to load to your account.
6. Saw an item cheaper this week? You can get cash back.
Bath & Body Works guarantees the best prices for up to 14 days after your purchase, so if you find a better deal during the sale, you can score a one-time price adjustment!

8. Take advantage of their amazing refund policy if you’re unhappy with your purchase.
Bath & Body Works offers a very generous return policy. If for any reason at all you are unhappy with a purchase, you can return any item at any time.
Returns with a receipt: An exchange or credit will be issued for the purchase price on the original receipt (excluding shipping & handling charges). Ninety days or less from the original purchase date, credit card and PayPal purchases will be credited back to the original form of payment; thereafter, a merchandise credit will be issued.
Returns without a receipt: Your return will be subject to the return policy posted at the time of your return. Bath & Body Works will accept up to $250 in non-receipted returns within 90 days (this does not include defective merchandise). An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued based on the lowest selling price of the item, factoring in all applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase), and coupons that may have applied.
I have been receiving the mailed coupons for years. I not only not received my mailed coupons the offered aren’t in my app. I usually just use the mailed coupons instead of the app. Either way you only get each coupon a single time, coupon or app not both. I was looking forward to this sale. If you can recommend any other brands that would make good substitutes please let know.
