What a racquet. Make your own for pennies.

Please do share your recipe! Whatever I try I can not cover up the taste of the vinegar. It’s so strong it’s all I can do to swallow 😂

U can probably still taste it in these, too…

Taryn, I use 1 tbsp unfiltered ACV and the juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 tbsp chia seeds (which you can either love or hate but nothing in between – haha), 12 oz water and stevia to taste (which sweetens the bitterness). I make it at night to drink in the am so the chia swells up. I then use a straw so I can put it at the back of my mouth if I don’t want to taste it and sip away. It isn’t really bad and I’ve gotten accustomed to it.

My kids love these as well as the Bragg’s version. The kombucha pictured next to it is great, too!

Thanks for the feedback, Kellie! Good to know!

You can add apple cider vinegar to a few things where you won’t taste it and it compliments the food. My two favorite ways: veggie smoothies (kale/spinach, carrots, pineapple, mango with a table spoon of apple cider vinegar and a splash of orange juice, water/ice) or salad dressing using the apple cider in place of a balsamic. I particular like taking fresh raspberries or blueberries and blending that with the vinegar. But I like the tang/acidic nature of vinegar and that taste. So maybe it’s just me! 😊

Oh awesome! Thanks so much for the helpful tips, Lisa!
