When did Subway get to be SOOO overpriced?? Spend $50 for a $2 reward… what? The other day, I had a coupon for a footlong for $6 and I remember when ALL subs were $5 without a coupon. Ugh!

Pita Pit has made some equally absurd changes to their rewards program. Originally you needed 90 points(1pt/$1) for a free pita. Then it switched to a new site that awarded stars. You needed 91 stars to get a free pita. You could also redeem for other things at different star amounts. The program also gave you the chance to get bonus stars with each visit. Then the program switched to an app. You had to spend $70 to get $7. A pita was $8. Now you have to spend $90 to get $5. A pita is still $8.

Must have already reached the limit because everytime I’ve checked the site today it hasn’t been on there.

I’ve been doing this like forever ordering through the app.. just FINALLY got my $2 reward.. it’s basically not worth it lol. I only do it because I’m ordering through the app anyways to save time so might as well get points.

I’m sorry but every Subway I’ve been to is 🤢 Homemade or local sandwich places all the way.

On behalf of for those of us who work and don’t have the luxury of hours to spend for lunch, I applaud Subway for having a rewards program, it is close to the office, priced right, not deep-fried, and doesn’t take forever to prepare!

Am I the only one who’s sick of all the companies coming up with rewards programs?? I have so many apps on my phone and my wallet does not hold all of these rewards cards in my wallet!!

Totally agree. Way too many reward programs.

The only time I use my Subway app. is when paypal offers $5 off of a $10 purchase which is about twice a year but, you only can use this reward if you pre order on app. You do get a free cookie for your birthday though.
