Bought this for porcelain tile floors and dog hair. Our dog sheds like crazy and we need to vacuum every day. We love how light and quiet it is. So easy to use. The price was less than Dyson and the reviews were better. We have 2 batteries so never have to wait for one to charge. It’s easy to see when the canister needs to be emptied. So far, we are very happy and have already recommended it to a neighbor.
I would give this 5 stars if I knew that it will last longer than 2 years. The following features I enjoy better than my previous big brand stick vac. The lights on the 2 vacuum heads so I can see what I’ve missed for the past 25 months (one month past my previous vac’s warranty). The on switch that doesn’t have to be held down with my arthritic finger. The low profile vacuum heads that will slide under furniture. It’s quiet, light-weight and has 2 batteries. We have an inside/outside Border-Aussie puppy and has been easy to vacuum her abundant hair shedding and sand she tracks in. So far, great. Here’s hoping the motor lasts a long time!
THIS has been a great investment. It started when our 2 yr old Pom began molding excessively and me hating the Sharks corded inconvenience, and it’s single beater head on our largely wood floors. Around Christmas I began looking at cordless ‘stick’ vacuums. When I saw their price point, I had to broaden my search beyond the local chain stores with research through YouTube as well. NEVER heard of Ringo before. But their name kept popping up in shootouts. Anyway we are very happy with our Tineco. The Shark has been totally unemployed since we received it. 3 motorized heads, plus a couple of extra tools, and cradle for storage and organization. OH YES, the battery life is just fine, I did not recharge the battery just to see in real life, how well it did, and I used it for days before it needed recharged. THE DOWNSIDE, the rubbish hopper could have been a wee bit more heavy duty feeling, but works well!
