Ditto! And Skip-Hop has AMAZING customer service. I had an old-school Duo that finally bit the dust after almost ten years. I’d actually been using it as my primary bag (i.e., in lieu of a purse/tote) for the past few years. I do like the older Duos better from an aesthetic perspective but for functionality, the newer ones are amazing.

They have awesome customer service, after a few months use the stitching started to unravel on one of the pockets, they had me send a picture of the bag and had me cut the carrying strap and then they sent me a new bag in 2 days! I actually asked if it was possible to try a different style and they gave me a few choices for the replacement bag!
