KFC’s Cheetos Sandwich Tastes Better than It Looks

Available for a limited time only, KFC’s new Cheetos Sandwich combines their popular Crispy Colonel Sandwich with Cheetos sauce and a layer of crunchy Cheetos.
We sent Stetson out to his local KFC to taste this new Cheetos Sandwich and he filmed his reaction live on Facebook here.
Although he is not a huge fan of Cheetos, he was surprised at how much he actually enjoyed the flavor (he even convinced his location to smother his order of chicken wings with Cheetos sauce, too!).
Wondering whether to give this sandwich a try? Reviews on the KFC Facebook page are definitely mixed!
Got one today and it was a regular chicken sandwich with a small squeeze of mayo and some Cheetos in the bun. So disappointed!!!
Got this today to try with my son and honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. We loved it. Cheetos with the sauce add a nice flavor and crunch but aren’t overpowering. It was really a well done combo. Hope it sticks around.
I kinda hated it, it tasted like Cheetos dust mixed with grease. It was outrageously oily. I expected a sort of cheese sauce or a queso like texture instead you get literally Cheetos flavored oil.
This sandwich is a BIG NOPE…I tried it yesterday and was disappointed. Instead of breading the chicken and mixing the flour with cheetos, the cheetos on the sandwich makes it soggy.

And people wonder why we have an obesity problem in our country. I wish the fast food companies would stop with the high salt, fat, calorie “foods”
Let people have their fun. I keep to a really healthy diet, but sometimes things like this are a blast to try!

Very true. It would be nice if there where more healthy options at fast food restaurants because people who are busy sometimes want to eat healthy on the go and quick. It’s okay though at least they have healthy grab and go options at the grocery store. It is not like there are no options at all. 🙂
Agree with snpy… if people can’t moderate themselves with food, that’s their own issue, not any restaurant’s fault. My weight isn’t perfect and no one’s to blame but myself. 👍
Seriously! You couldn’t pay me to eat this sandwich. Subway is about the only fast food I will eat.

I tried one and my husband and I both really liked it! It’s definitely on the small side but the orange sauce is like movie theatre popcorn butter mixed with Cheeto dust😆
We decided it would be even better if they used Flaming Hot Cheetos. I would order it again, for sure!

Already tried it it’s actually not bad unfortunately at my location they didn’t have the combo with Cheeto nuggets and my location was very skimpy with cheese sauce- would I buy it again ? I don’t think so it’s almost $6 just for a small sandwich

It’s Ok for kids as a once in a blue moon type thing imo, if that, but to each their own.

Also, I stopped eating KFC many years ago, after Pamela Anderson brought to light the abuse that goes on with KFC chickens beforehand, appalling.
