Yay ! I love this sale they have, im even more stoked to see the mascara. Ive never tried but it going to go into my holiday stash.
At Christmas we participate with a church in Providence for “Adopt a Family”. Its takes an entire family – mom and dad included – not just the kids & we get present for all of them. One thing we always used to hear at the toy drive was small kids asking why Santa never gave their mommy or daddy a present. So we take donations from shoes, to clothes, to misc items parents ask for which sadly included bath towels and feminine products.
I will create a basket with some “fancy” mom things I take for granted like mascara and a scented body lotion. If you think donating to a toy drive is rewarding, try donating to a mom and dad too. The priceless reaction from a child knowing Santa didnt forget them is something to have to see for yourselves !
