I love my Waterpik. I never thought I needed to use one because I brushed and flossed daily, but my dentist told me to start using it in addition to the brushing and flossing because I apparently have deep pockets that trap food. I hated it at first, but after using it for a year now, my gums have never felt healthier. I highly recommend it.
