Told daughter about deal, she had cart loaded and we tried for an hour, now all codes are dead and the free tote is out of stock.

Took forever to get to cart, I finally made it to PayPal approved payment sat at screen for over 30 minutes stay it was directing me back to site to complete order. At 10:15am site refreshed get message that says welcome back we cleared your cart and payment information. Surely hate I spent over 45 mins to end up with nothing attempted live chat get message that all associates unavailable at this time.

Finally got order and codes to go through. Had trouble checking out because it would say the codes had been removed. After reapplying the codes they worked. Called when codes were removed before I got them to work and said sale is extended through midnight.
2 hours of my life, but it finally accepted accepted my order. ššš

Finally got to check out around 10:40pm but like others commented the Free Tote code was expired (website now says its sold out) and that’s what I really wanted š Live chat is up and running again and the service rep did upgrade my order to next day air to make up for the trouble, but its no tote lol!
Just did another order, but I signed in as guest. First it took the free shipping and 40% off, then it changed the price to regular price. I left and came back after 40 minutes and it finally took the codes.
Itās working now except no tote which is ok!

I didnāt have trouble at all. I did it right when it started.. got charcoal body scrub for $3.85, free shipping and the free tote. I think the free tote was a glitch in the first place because I checked my confirmation email and it clearly says āfree tote with $85 purchaseā
Mine said the same, but also said it will be delivered on July 30, together with the bra. We shall see if if it was a glitch or not.
