The shoe itself is built really well, and tolerates my long, frequent runs. It is very stable and holding up a lot better than some of the other shoes I cycle in. I bought my normal size, and it’s just slightly too big.
I went to a store who fitted me with the Ghost 11 and I was HOOKED. They are light, they are super comfortable to run in. I have run5k, 10k and half marathons in them. My toes can move, my feet don’t feel hot and sweaty. They have a great base so I feel my feet hit the ground in firm, balanced way. I am now sold and will be a Ghost fan! This was pair #3. A girl’s gotta have options!
I opened the box and laced them up for my run. They were comfortable right away as all the Ghost shoes have been. I enjoy buying Brooks over and over because they have been consistently excellent. This model, Ghost 11, seems to have a slightly wider toe width which is a nice improvement!
I purchased these a few weeks ago and I can definitely tell a difference between these and “regular” sneakers. They make running a whole lot more fun(if that’s possible)!

I have very high arches. Does anyone know if Ghost or Glycerin is better for that?
