Is anyone else having problems with the subscribe and ship? When I click the subscribe now button, it adds the item to my cart and when I go to checkout, it keeps charging me shipping. Usually it takes me to a different screen when I click subscribe now instead of directly to my cart.
I know how to help, Bebe. Ok, take it out of your cart and start over. Go back to the page with the product on it and look ABOVE the subscribe & save button for an option that says, “First delivery on XX” and click “change”. Then change it to “Get it with your next Subscribe & Save delivery,”. After that, you can click Subscribe & Save and it should all be fixed!
