I use this baby for everything! Mac and cheese, spaghetti, baked potatoes… Yes!! This is great for the lazy person that loves food. 
I purchased this on sale a few months ago and love mine. Everything I made my family loves. I get my recipes off Pinterest. Sauté mode is great and less stuff to clean because it’s all done in one pot. Cooking time is much faster and pot is easy to clean. When I’m done, I let the pot cool and then I just put foil over the pot and put it in the refrigerator. I’m thinking of buying another one!

The pot is very easy to clean. I notice that the lid always smells a bit like the last thing that was cooked but it isn’t gross per se. There is a hard plastic/rubber piece that can come off around the lid to clean. You want to make sure you get all the dishwater out of the top after cleaning (there is a little hole that it will drain out of). The thing I find challenging is cleaning the top rim of the cooker where the lid attaches. It is narrow and is tricky to get something in there to really get out crumbs and grease spots. It can be done but takes a bit more skill. That said, we have one and I absolutely love it. My hubby wanted to buy it and I figured it would sit in our cupboard. Not the case. We use it for meat (fall of the bone tenderness!), chicken, mac and cheese, soups, etc. Cooking time drastically reduced and almost everything has turned out wonderfully. Have yet to try making yogurt but I hear that is a hit. I just bought 2 for Christmas gifts. Great product and very well worth the money.

I should add that the trivet that comes with it to keep things that need to be raised from the liquid isn’t the best model. The space between the rings is too large so smaller food can fall through. I bought a silicone one that works much better. Just something to keep in mind if you buy this and are unfamiliar with using an instant pot like I was. I was a little hesitant to move away from using my slow cooker to using this but the learning curve paid off.
