From a 2nd grade teacher, these notebooks would be great for journaling or drawing at home but please don’t send these in as school supplies. The pages tear very easily when kids need to erase (and they often do).
I’m not a teacher just a mom but I agree – these are great for kids to doodle and journal, but not great for anything they have to turn in!
My children’s school supply list last year asked for composition books as well. This is the only kind I know of is there something else I should have sent?
Walmart has composition books on clearance for 50 cents.
