I wanted 3 sets of Corelle dishes. I was able to place 3 separate orders and use the coupons on each order. I didn’t get any kohl’s cash since each order totaled less than $50, but with the $60 in coupons and the extra 30% off, I saved $165!

Is anyone else a MVC cardholder and not getting free shipping? I did the chat and instead of fixing it they offered to waive shipping on one order, which is not helpful.
I’ve had that happen, too. Chat is not effective – they’ll credit you the shipping cost after you place an order. I opted to not order. The banner at the top of Kohls.com for me rotates between “free shipping for MVC” and “free shipping on orders over $49” and “free shipping on orders over $25”. Super frustrating!

I also didn’t have the free shipping coupon. I chatted with customer service and they said I didn’t have MVC status, even though I’ve spent over $1400 this year!! It appears it’s a problem with Capital One, the new credit card holder of Kohls cards. I had to call them. He was not helpful. Said my card was an upgrade and I should have MVC status. He said maybe in a few weeks it will upgrade to what it was before the card switchover?! Then when I tried again to tell him that it should be corrected now, he acted like he coudln’t hear me!!! Like saying “hello, hello? If we lose connection you’ll need to call back” etc. He clearly could hear me because I could hear him, but he didn’t want to talk to me anymore. So, so rude!!!! I will be calling back to speak to a manager. Not happy. This is horrible customer service.
